Orovo is a company that sells health and wellness products, and Orovo Detox is one of leading supplement they’ve sold so far. It is not a crash diet pill as some sites have suggested. It’s not loaded with caffeine nor are there any harsh, unhealthy stimulants such as Ephedrine. It’s a health food supplement containing a 10 Super Foods, an Antioxidant blend, and 31 all natural detoxifying ingredients. Join that with a healthy life style and it can help increase your weight loss. Many people have taken it and have seen different results (some with significant weight loss, and some shed a few pounds). Remember, there is no such thing as a miracle pill.
Recommended use for Orovo Detox is 7 days on, and 7 days off for one month (which is one bottles worth). Depending on your diet, and a few other factors, will determine how often you should detox. Do not continually take the Detox month after month. The one month detox would be sufficient. I personally recommend taking the Orovo Detox every 3-4 months.
While you are taking the Detox it is recommended that you do not take any other supplementation while doing your 7 day cycle.
Side effects depend on how well you’ve taken care of your digestive track. More health conscience people haven’t had any side effects, others felt slight cramping or nausea, and others had more frequent bowl movements. I have yet to hear a horror story about someone taking up residency in the bathroom when taking the Orovo Detox.
As with anything, everyone’s body is going to process or metabolize the supplement differently. Both my husband and I are taking Orovo Original. He’s losing weight, while I’m seeing increased energy levels, which is what we want and need.
Orovo Detox can increase, and aid in a continued, steady weight loss (considering there is not preexisting condition for weight gain – ei hyperthyroidism) when taken properly and combined with a healthy lifestyle. I have a friend who has lost over 25 pounds using the Orovo products. She has just began to plateau in her weight loss, but is already at her desired weight.
Orovo’s signature products (Detox, Original, Multi-Vitamin…) don’t ‘force’ your body with any unnatural chemicals, or stimulants so you decrease in actual body fat, not just water weight. This is crutial, because you will never go below your optimal weight which can be harmful for your body, nor are they habit forming. Basically, if you don’t have anymore ‘unhealthy’ weight to lose, you won’t. And if you continue a healthy lifestyle after your monthly detox is over, your weight should either mantain, or decrease depending on your individual lifesytle.
Orovo has a a couple other products that were made specifically for people who are serious about loosing weight and want to take a healthier route. They have Orovo Xtreme, Orovo Adanced, 7DFB, 72 Hour Slimming Pill, and LipoSeduction 2250 depending on which fits better into your weight loss plan and schedule. Orovo also has Product Sheets so keep your eyes on the site for more info on each of the weight loss supplements you were interested in.
Here is a list of ingredients and things to watch for. As always, it is recommended that you speak with your physician before taking any type of supplement. We’re always looking for feedback and testimonials. This information is also available at http://orovo.com/livingrichly/detox.php
- Cayenne Pepper has thermogenic properties and warms the stomach to naturally speed up the metabolism. Some people have varying results from feeling nothing, warm fuzzies, to feeling boated/cramping. Depends on their tolerance and each person’s digestive condition. But to avoid this altogether it is recommended that you take the supplement right before eating, and with at least 8 oz. of water. If you are nursing it is suggested that you not take the product until you have completely weaned. Cayenne can go through your breast milk.
- If you are taking blood thinners, a hemophiliac,
