Btw, I was a light turns on and off smoker for about 7 years, max 10 per day and sometimes not. Since I left, I was a healthy diet (lots of food addiction), drink plenty of water, exercise regularly and sleep well. However, my skin heals very slowly after a zit or 2 spot does not disappear easily and it does not appear that light as before. Judging by the signs, I suppose that the circulation of blood on my face is not good at all.
