Don’t do cleanses. Just do it the old fashioned way by starting to exercise, and eat healthy. Eat lots of dark, leafy vegetables, whole grains, protein, don’t eat packaged foods, or foods high in sugar.

I don’t trust cleanses, I don’t believe they actually work. I think you are more at risk to put the weight you lose in a cleanse right back on the second you stop it.
