Question by ęļëħςτrøŋ!ĸ: Does anyone know any good detox diet plans?
I’ve been in Europe for about 3 weeks and I’ve eaten extremely unhealthy so I just want to get my body back on track when i get home in a few days. Does anyone know any simple, short detox diets? Does anyone know any good plans or links that have good detox plans? I really don’t know much about detoxing and I barely know how to get myself started

The Lemonade Diet is the best cleanse there is, I think the minimum is like 7-10 days. Just make sure you buy a book on it so you know exactly what to do. Also buying a juicer and juice fasting for 10 days is a great way to detox. I did one two weeks ago and feel great now.

Jennine Question : Anyone know how to create a good diet plan detox
I know it’s serious, but for the past month, I was eating too fast. At least once a week, and for a week or two, I’ve had more than once a day! I feel bad all the time, but I’m still very busy and on the go and do not have much time to prepare good healthy meals. However, I know that these eating habits are horrible for me and I need to change, so I do not turn into a vache.Est Does anyone know a good detox diet plan, or a very healthy food that will help clean my system? eat plenty of fruits, cranberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc., if you do not eat much fruit as you go through hell detox your body , and by that I mean, you will have the lasting about a day. and never use Acai is a scam.

Question by satori: Becoming a vegan: has this happened to you or anyone you know?
Well, a few years back I started to slowly remove meats from my diet. It wasn’t a conscious decision, much less one that was meant to make a statement of any sort.

It’s just that my body couldn’t take eating meats anymore. I literally started feeling sick to my stomach whenever I ate any beef or chicken. Then, one fateful day, I also found out I couldn’t eat eggs anymore – or drink milk!

I am not kidding! And, again, these are not things that I “decided” to do. At least not on a conscious level, as most vegetarians will tell you it’s not an easy transition in the beginning. But for me, and very surprisingly, it all felt very natural. I never crave meats or eggs or milk.

Of course being a vegetarian makes for some awkward moments at dinner parties and such, where people seem to put meats and meat products on 90% of their dishes. LOL

Anyway, this was all something that happened very naturally to me. Have you or anyone you know ever gone through this transition this way?

Also, I sometimes think this has something to do with my spiritual practice. As I learn more, I’m beginning to think that being a vegetarian was a way my body found of detoxifying itself to prepare for this period (and subsequent ones) of my life.

I would love to hear from anyone who’s experienced something like this.

I am doing a detox and I would like a raw veggie burger for dinner but I do not have time to soak nuts. Any suggestions?

Interesting question. :) I thought of a raw quinoa burger, but then I realized you probably dont have time to germinate quinoa if you already dont have time to soak nuts. So here is another idea you might like.

Get a nice fresh organic portabello mushroom and lightly dress it (to taste) with some raw soy sauce (nama shoyu). Then wrap it in a favorite green of yours (a large lettuce leaf, cabbage leaf, kale leaf, collard greens, etc.) add some fresh sprouts (if you have any, i.e. alfalfa, pea shoots, sunflower, buckwheat, bean sprouts), some of your favorite crunchy vegetables and enjoy.

fasting (not eating) drinking lots of water, and enemas.

There is usually no way to “detox” your body without letting the body detoxify itself.

Please consult a doctor if you plan to fast for more than a couple of days.

Our bodies are exposed to toxins through the food we eat, air we breathe, the products we use (such as body lotions, shampoos …) etc. .. the list goes on and on. However, these toxins eventually find their way into our intestines (either by digestion or absorption by the blood), and the liver converts these toxins into substances that can be easily and safely excreted by the body. All without the help of a foreign regime détoxifiant.Lors Search detox diets, be wary of the method they use for detoxification. You are drinking a lot / very restrictive diet heavy in nutrients, but completely empty of others. Most of the time, you take an insufficient amount of calories that deplete your body of energy. This is usually the way to detox diets that promise quick weight loss … you take in less calories than you expend and thus lose extreme amounts of weight in a short time, but the weight has a cost. Mainly the weight of water is lost (despite the amount of water you take to counter), followed by lean muscle tissue. Reduce the amount of saturated fat, trans fats, sugars andrefined, and maintain a healthy and balanced diet, rich in “good for you” foods such as lean proteins, fruits / vegetables, whole grains and low fat dairy.

I juice detox at least twice a year…..if I make juice that’s too gross to drink…..I add POM BLUE to it and it becomes tolerable.
