Question by whatevas: I weigh at least 50lbs MORE than most people would ever think – including my doctor & spouse. Pls Help.?
F-43-5’6″ 223lbs! But no one incl. spouse thinks I’m over 160lbs. Problem (or blessing?) is that my weight is compacted & most of the fat probably lies between muscle. T@nkfly still healthy (4 being “obese” ) & until I get on a scale, Dr.s always insist I have an image problem.Then they’re completely baffled when they see my w8. Always told to “eat less / exercise more”. The problem is that I already eat healthy & less than most people & less than I probably should (1,200 cal or less) — So I think my body is on perm.starve mode. But when I increase food, I gain more. Former dancer/cheerldr/etc.& back in my 20′s is when I started putting on a solid 5lbs/yr that never comes off. Did crazy diets,but I’ve done healthy too. Nothing works. Want 2 look good, but even more, want 2B healthy. Tried PH balancing, currently detox’g w/Master Cleanse, thinkin bout foot detox pads; Need advice -specially how to PERMANENTLY KICK METABOLISM INTO HI-GEAR -or even NORMAL Gear. Help Pls!

There is no quick fix, diet, pill or powder that will give you safe, long lasting results.

You say you eat less than most people, but are you sure? Get a small notebook and write down everything and I mean EVERYthing you eat for a week. Even the bites of cheese while making dinner, the sips of lattes on your way to work. You may be surprised to find your consuming many more calories that you think.

You say you’ve tried everything, but nowhere do you say you’ve exercised. You need to get a flow of energy in, energy out with your body. Eat 6 small meals a day, get at least 30 minutes of exercise and this will show your body that A. It’s not starving and B. It needs the food to burn during exercise. This should kick your metabolism into gear.

Cleansing and detox are only going to make it worse for you.
