Is drinking only tea a good way to detox if I only do it for 4-5 days? like arizona green tea, and other herbal tea bags.

try the lemonade diet, they say it’s a system flushing diet.. i dont think all the suagr and stuff in the arizona green tea will help your flush your system

also, i think it’s safe as long as you don’t take it in to excess, just a few days or whatev.. good luck!

Question by ♥princess♥: do any of these diet tips/tricks actually work? which are best?
i’m almost 18, 5’2” and 152.2 pounds. i’d like to lose around 30 pounds because i’m at risk for a lot of diseases because of my weight/family history. so yeah, my doctor said i should be around 120 pounds. i was researching how to lose weight, and i was wondering if any of these diet tips/tricks actually work. so opinions would be really helpful.

1. drinking green tea. does it really help you lose weight? how much should i drink a day?
2. eating a serving of raw fruit/veggies before each meal. why/how would this help? and does it work?
3. liquid/detox diets. healthy or no? if i did one for just like 2-3 days, would it help at all?
4. spicy foods. why would they help/do they help?
5. replacing one meal with a protein shake. if i did this, my protein shake would be made from unsweetened soy protein powder, unsweetened soy milk, splenda, and maybe some natural hershey’s coco powder. it would have about 50g protein in it. would this help? and when is the best way to drink it?
6. cut out carbs. how does this help?
7. get 40g fiber a day. would this help? how much should i be getting a day to help with weight loss?
8. South Beach Diet. i’d do a vegetarian version of it. would i still lose the promised 14 pounds in the first 2 weeks?

so yeah…have any of y’all tried any of these tips? did they work? which ones are best for quick/permanent weight loss?

This production process results in higher content of polyphenols like EGCG, which is a flavonol. Black tea has 3-10% polyphenols, while green tea has 30-40%.
Benefits of green tea
Because of its high polyphenols, green tea is ascribed all kinds of health benefits, from normalizing blood pressure to lowering cancer risk. The Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database lists many of these, but the only benefit labeled “likely effective” is mental alertness, likely due to the caffeine content. Aaron89 Question : HELP! Effects of nowhere … days after smoking marijuana?
I smoked once in the night of Sunday 9 / 20 and once in the night of Tuesday 9 / 22. Roor bong was used. Something my body is not in use. I am a very light smoker and then suddenly I’m usually on. As of Thursday 9 / 24 at random times, I began to feel the effects of high, but to a much lesser extent. My sense of touch is biased. For example, when I touch things, or bump into something or someone that I barely read. My vision is not affected at all, it just feels like everything I touch is doubtful. My question is, is this normal? Then I always feel a level well below the days high after smoking? How many days can it last? “I felt out of nowhere in the morning and evening of Thursday 9 / 24. Friday 9 / 25 I felt throughout the day. It’s Saturday afternoon 9 / 26 and I still feel this way unusual touch in my hands / feet / etc. How do I get rid of this? Has this to do with the rest of THC in my blood? If yes how long will it remain? I’m 5’8”, I weigh 160 lbs. and I mean body fat mass. I am a smoker so I rarely smoke about once every 4 or less mois.Il just feels very ennuyeux.Toutes suggestions or advice would vraiment.Aussi not one of the suggestions regarding the use of a pack detoxification of the target vitamins or eat? i smoked weed 3 days ago ( the past wednesday to be exact.)
and i need to get it out, detoxifying kits are a no for me.
i was doing some research and it said that THC stays in your body fat, and the less body fat the quicker it will go away, if true, i weigh 107, and I’m 5′ 8, I’m drinking a lot of green tea, and water, how long do you all think i will get detoxified?

ps. my parents are giving me a drug test, but they wont tell me when so i need to get detoxified asap.

umm, your screwed. there’s no way you can get it out of your system in that much time. it’ll take about a week for it to get out of your system.

i would just go buy a detox kit, its basically your only choice now.

Detox drinks don’t work. If you are a light smoker, it MIGHT be out of your system in 2 weeks, for a heavy smoker it can take up to a month.
Smoking is bad for motivation.

I don’t know about 7 days. I have heard 3 days is ok, but more than that is unhealthy.
