Wow! What scam is that ION DETOX CRAP! I just got an article to read about this SCAM! The detox is pure myth! Yesterday I tried to do the same 45 minutes session with my detox unit, and what a shock I got… The water was even worse then with my feet in the basin! People, do not let the ION FOOT DETOX professionals clean your pockets and your wallets!

Regardless of those findings it doesn’t mean those elements CAME from your body.

    Don’t be fooled, be EDUCATED!
    A. The electrolysis of tap water and baking soda or salt turns the water that exact color. I’ve been using an HHO generator on my car for months and I KNOW.
    B. Any accredited Medical person should have the BASIC education in chemistry to know this as well as the fact that electrolysis of salt water = CHLORINE GAS (as well as 2H and 2O – oxyhydrogen). So not only is it a false claim, but a HAZARD to the user.

    Shame on you drmark.

Send the water to be analized and see what the results are.

wheres the sound? I have used a foot bath and detox system on many of my friends and this stuff really works, slightly different results but I feel way better and thats what counts. You will always get your doubters thats life!!!

How do you explain the basin turning color without the foot in it?

The placebo effect someone gets after being scammed does not really count as a positive effect.

I would also caution you on making statements on something you have no expertise in. Some practitioners may be making false claims with this type of therapy, but there is definately a positive effect, we just don’t fully understand it yet. As with all science it needs to be investigated which is what we’re doing.

Too many people are getting positive results. We don’t always understand the true mechanisms behind things in the beginning, being scientifically minded yourself you should already understand that. If you have any further thoughts, I welcome them so mail back if you like.

We’ve teamed up with some md’s and diabetic specialists to conduct this. We had a number of diabetic patients who have experienced positive changes in their blood profiles, urinalysis and glucose tolerances since they started the Ion Cleanse therapy along with positive changes in peripheral circulation and diabetic neuropathies. I will keep you informed of the results when they are published, if you wish.

Just to give you a little more background, I have been treating my patients with this modality for almost 2 years now with excellent results. We are also heading up a study on the effects of ion cleanse with diabetic patients measuring their glucose tolerance and a number of other parameters while they undergo ion cleanse treatments.
