Dixon’s case before Indiana appeals court
ANDERSON, Ind. — The Ollie Dixon case is now in the hands of a three-judge Indiana Court of Appeals panel.The panel will decide whether a March handgun charge against Dixon should have been heard in Madison Circuit Court, although the drunken driving case that it stemmed from had been settled in Anderson City Court.
