   Alternative medicines is good. Mystical alternative medicine is not,such as the New Age gurus sell. Natural cures, are more about maintaining your current health,rather than curing major issues. Mainstream medicine is good, but I use alternative medicine as a substitute, any time I can. There is alot of benefit with alternative medicine,but many over-hype it,or they do not understand how it works.Detoxes work, but many are just snake oil sales,and you have to get them from a reliable source.
