I found information about this products on other sites and also asked my Chinese herbalist whether it’s a good detox method. as it is, there is no concrete info and/or proof that this product works. i cannot say that i see any results, nor does the package/instructions specify what to expect. so, i cannot really say anything helpful. what i can say is that it was easy to order and it arrived timely.

Well they seem to be pulling something out of the bottom of my feet I honestly don’t think it’s a chemical reaction because they get lighter each time on the same spot. I just don’t think it takes out as much toxins as he says. You can see nasty stuff on the pad after your done. I felt some energy and less fatigue after I used them several days. I am bipolar and it has helped my moods. I would recommend trying it for yourself and just see what you think. I like them.
